As ons &#039;n liggaamsgewig van 70 kg aanneem, word die ADI bereken as 70 kg x 40 mg = 2 800 mg, wat ooreenstem met 14 liter Coke Zero per dag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Grenzwerte_ADI\"><\/span>Grenswaardes (ADI)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nou is dit algemene praktyk om nie te spaarsamig perke te stel nie, wat beteken dat &#039;n mens &#039;n redelik vrygewige benadering volg, soos bekend is uit die geskiedenis van X-strale of selfoonstraling, 5G, ens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekonomiese belange speel ook &#039;n rol in die beoordeling van waardes en te\u00ebwerk dikwels medies-wetenskaplike bevindinge of studieresultate deur aan te haal &quot;daar is nie genoeg data beskikbaar nie&quot;, ens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gevolglik, as mens die bogenoemde voorbeeldberekening ken, kan mens s\u00ea dat niemand daaraan sou dink om 14 liter Coke Zero per dag te verbruik nie en dat mens aan die veilige kant sou wees met &#039;n mens se relatief lae verbruik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Alternative_Moglichkeit\"><\/span>Alternatiewe opsie<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit bly te hoop. Interessant genoeg word dit aanbeveel dat ons eerder na water oorskakel. Ons sal egter waarskynlik vinnig moeg word vir suiwer water, sonder enige smaak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#039;n Nog meer voordelige alternatief kan &#039;n druppel (of meer, afhangende van jou smaak) peperment- of suurlemoen-essensi\u00eble olie in &#039;n bottel water wees. Gleichzeitig ist auch eine Zunahme an Diabetes-Erkrankungen zu verzeichnen, was sowohl statistisch belegt, als auch mittels verschiedener Studien nachgewiesen ist.
