Die doel van hierdie sistematiese oorsig is om moontlike oorsaaklike verbande tussen COVID-19-entstoftoediening en dood te ondersoek deur middel van outopsies en nadoodse analise.&nbsp;<br><br>Metodes: Ons het gesoek na alle gepubliseerde outopsie- en nekropsieverslae met betrekking tot COVID-19-inenting tot 18 Mei 2023. Ons het aanvanklik 678 studies ge\u00efdentifiseer en, na sifting vir ons insluitingskriteria, 44 artikels ingesluit wat 325 outopsiegevalle en een nekropsiegeval bevat het. Drie dokters het onafhanklik alle sterftes hersien en bepaal of COVID-19-inenting die direkte oorsaak was of beduidend tot die dood bygedra het.&nbsp;<br><br>Bevindinge: Die mees ge\u00efmpliseerde orgaanstelsel in COVID-19-entstofverwante sterftes was die kardiovaskul\u00eare stelsel (53%), gevolg deur die hematologiese stelsel (17%), die respiratoriese stelsel (8%), en veelvuldige orgaanstelsels (7%). Drie of meer orgaanstelsels is in 21 gevalle aangetas. Die gemiddelde tyd vanaf inenting tot dood was 14.3 dae.
