H<sub>4<\/sub>, wat weer aan die G-prote\u00efen-gekoppelde reseptore behoort, wat verantwoordelik is vir die oordrag van ekstrasellul\u00eare seine in die sel (via G-prote\u00efene) -, die verdedigingsreaksies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Binne die SSS tree histamien op as &#039;n neurotransmitter in histaminergiese neurone. id=\"Histaminsteigernde_Komponenten\"><\/span>Histamien-verhogende komponente<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Benewens die bogenoemde farmaseutiese middels, veroorsaak MAO-inhibeerders (wat die afbreek van die hormoon adrenalien en neuro-oordragstowwe soos dopamien, noradrenalien en serotonien inhibeer) &#039;n toename in histamien, wat lei tot disregulering van breinmetabolisme in gevalle van depressie, byvoorbeeld deur ho\u00ebr plasmavlakke en konsentrasies van die bogenoemde amiene in die sel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voedselsoorte met &#039;n histamien-verhogende effek sluit in: alkohol, pynappel, piesangs, pere, bone, brandrissie, aarbeie, koejawel, frambose, kiwi, lensies, papaja, sjokolade, soja, koringkiem, sitrusvrugte<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Histaminsenkende_Komponenten\"><\/span>Histamien-verlagende komponente<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Appel, broccoli<strong>, <\/strong>Bloubessie (wild), hibiskustee, gemmer, kamilletee, paprika, pepermenttee, swart komynolie is van die histamienverlagende voedselsoorte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Histaminreiche_Nahrungsmittel\"><\/span>Histamienryke voedselsoorte<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voedselsoorte soos eiervrug, avokado, balsamiese asyn, vis (behalwe vars gevang of vars gevries), gisekstrak, jogurt, koffie, kakao, kaas (hoe ryper, hoe meer), sampioene, rooiwyn, suurkool (gepekelde kosse soos agurkies, ens.), suurroom, ham, sojasous, spinasie, tee, tamaties, wynasyn, sitroensuur (konsentraat) is van die histamienryke komponente van die dieet en moet vermy word in HIT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Histaminarme_Nahrungsmittel\"><\/span>Lae-histamien voedsel<span (appel\/brandewyn), vinkel, roomkaas, vars melk, vrugtesap, gars, boerenkool, komkommer, UHT-melk, hawer, hawermelk, giers, heuning, maaskaas, kaas (jong vari\u00ebteite), wortels, aartappels, kruietee (behalwe brandnetel), kruie, pampoen, pampoenpitte, borrie, preie, lynsaad, makadamia, mielies, amandelmelk, amandels, snijbiet, kastaiings, mozzarella, pasta, soetrissies, Brasiliaanse neute, pastinaak, pistasieneute, kwark, quinoa, radyse, rabarber, beet, rooikool, room, swartkool, seldery, sesamsaad, aspersies, patats, soetroombotter, murgpampoentjie, suiker,
