Specifikace jednotliv\u00fdch zem\u00ed stoj\u00ed v cest\u011b standardizaci p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00fdch hodnot. Samotn\u00fd elektrosmog je v\u0161ak celosv\u011btov\u011b stejn\u00fd. Standardizovan\u00e9 dohody by proto m\u011bly b\u00fdt samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odli\u0161en\u00ed od elektromagnetick\u00e9 kompatibility (EMC): sm\u011brnice o EMC <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eu-richtlinien-online.de\/de\/verwaltungsvorschrift\/2014-30-eu\/206361928\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2014\/30\/EU<\/a> definuje specifikace pro zamezen\u00ed vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho elektromagnetick\u00e9ho ru\u0161en\u00ed mezi elektrick\u00fdmi a elektronick\u00fdmi za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Was_ist_eigentlich_Elektrosmog\"><\/span>Co je to vlastn\u011b elektrosmog?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tento hovorov\u00fd term\u00edn se vztahuje na elektrick\u00e1, magnetick\u00e1 a elektromagnetick\u00e1 pole, jako je z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed z elektroinstala\u010dn\u00edch kabel\u016f, elektrick\u00fdch spot\u0159ebi\u010d\u016f, r\u00e1dia, televize, WLAN, mobiln\u00edch telefon\u016f, GPS, radar\u016f atd..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rozli\u0161uj\u00ed se n\u00edzkofrekven\u010dn\u00ed a vysokofrekven\u010dn\u00ed zdroje z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. N\u00edzkofrekven\u010dn\u00ed je nap\u0159\u00edklad s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed 230 V, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 frekvenci 50 Hz. \u017delezni\u010dn\u00ed nadzemn\u00ed veden\u00ed pracuje s nap\u011bt\u00edm 15 kV o frekvenci 16,67 Hz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jakmile elektrick\u00fdm vodi\u010dem prot\u00e9k\u00e1 proud, vytvo\u0159\u00ed se kolem n\u011bj vertik\u00e1ln\u011b uspo\u0159\u00e1dan\u00e9 magnetick\u00e9 pole. Stejnosm\u011brn\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed indukuje stejnosm\u011brn\u00e9 magnetick\u00e9 pole, st\u0159\u00eddav\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed st\u0159\u00eddav\u00e9 magnetick\u00e9 pole v d\u016fsledku pohybu elektrick\u00fdch n\u00e1boj\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Od objevu elekt\u0159iny, kter\u00fd jako prvn\u00ed u\u010dinil <em>Otto von Guericke<\/em> v kontextu jeho elektrifika\u010dn\u00edho stroje, v\u00fdvoj dynamostroje z <em>Ernst Werner von Siemens<\/em> A\u017e do prvn\u00ed elektrick\u00e9 tramvaje v Berl\u00edn\u011b v roce 1881 byli lid\u00e9 vystaveni st\u0159\u00eddav\u00e9mu elektrick\u00e9mu poli. Rozli\u0161uj\u00ed se veden\u00ed st\u0159edn\u00edho (do 30 kV), vysok\u00e9ho (do 110 kV) a velmi vysok\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed (nad 150 kV -&gt; 220 kV a 380 kV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u00fd\u0161ka 50 ... sto\u017e\u00e1r\u016f vysok\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed 110 kV je 22 metr\u016f, sto\u017e\u00e1ry 220 kV jsou vysok\u00e9 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 40 metr\u016f a veden\u00ed 380 kV jsou instalov\u00e1na ve v\u00fd\u0161ce 83 metr\u016f.<br>Ty vyza\u0159uj\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 200 V\/m a p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 20 \u03bcT p\u0159i m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo pod kabelem na zemi. Takto n\u00edzk\u00e9 hodnoty se nevyskytuj\u00ed ani v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m dom\u00e1c\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Grenzwerte\"><\/span>Mezn\u00ed hodnoty<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zde se situace komplikuje, proto\u017ee r\u016fzn\u00e9 frekvence s r\u016fznou intenzitou p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e expozice, kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed stanoven\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch mezn\u00edch hodnot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Krom\u011b toho jsou mezn\u00ed hodnoty v\u017edy zalo\u017eeny na empirick\u00fdch hodnot\u00e1ch. Ani Wilhelm Conrad R\u00f6ntgen si zpo\u010d\u00e1tku neuv\u011bdomoval rizika rentgenov\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed pojmenovan\u00e9ho po n\u011bm, kdy\u017e je 8. listopadu 1895 objevil.
