Instalace v na\u0161em obytn\u00e9m voze Flair 7100 z roku 2005 je pops\u00e1na zde. Jsou probr\u00e1ny zvl\u00e1\u0161tnosti t\u00e9to verze vozidla, kde je optim\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u00edsto instalace a jak\u00e1 \u00faskal\u00ed je t\u0159eba br\u00e1t v \u00favahu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Wohin_mit_den_Anlagen\"><\/span>Kam um\u00edstit rostliny?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zjevn\u00e9 voln\u00e9 prostory jsou ji\u017e v\u011bt\u0161inou obsazeny nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi v\u011bcmi, a proto jsou z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti vylou\u010deny. Existuj\u00ed v\u0161ak i skryt\u00e9 objemy, kter\u00e9 jsou k tomu p\u0159edur\u010deny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nap\u0159\u00edklad v kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9 lince za d\u0159ezem jsou dv\u011b klapky, pod kter\u00fdmi jsou vlo\u017eky do odpadkov\u00fdch ko\u0161\u016f. Pod nimi, tj. za z\u00e1suvkami a spodn\u00ed sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148kou, je mrtv\u00fd prostor.<br>Ten je ohrani\u010den dv\u011bma d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00fdmi deskami, kter\u00e9 na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b tvo\u0159\u00ed zadn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st z\u00e1suvkov\u00e9 jednotky a na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b odd\u011bluj\u00ed radi\u00e1tor a vodovodn\u00ed potrub\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b odpadn\u00edho potrub\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed chlope\u0148 o vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch rozm\u011brech 39,5 x 70,0 cm (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.obelink.de\/thetford-grosse-4-serviceklappe.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Servisn\u00ed poklop Thetford velikosti 4<\/a>) ponech\u00e1v\u00e1 dostatek prostoru pro instalaci, provoz a \u00fadr\u017ebu jak osm\u00f3zn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, tak i UV-C \u010di\u0159i\u010de v\u010detn\u011b technologie a DCDC m\u011bni\u010de (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.victronenergy.de\/upload\/documents\/Datasheet-Orion-Tr-DC-DC-converters-isolated-100-250-400W-DE.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Victron Orion 12\/24 10 A<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b toho je odpadn\u00ed potrub\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo k dispozici pro odpadn\u00ed vodu ze zp\u011btn\u00e9ho proplachu osm\u00f3zy, stejn\u011b jako potrub\u00ed studen\u00e9 vody pro p\u0159\u00edvod \u010derstv\u00e9 vody do osm\u00f3zy a vody z osm\u00f3zy do p\u0159\u00edvodu studen\u00e9 vody ze standardn\u00edho(!) vodovodn\u00edho kohoutku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zb\u00fdv\u00e1 polo\u017eit pouze nap\u00e1jec\u00ed kabel 12 V DC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Vorbereitung_des_Serviceklappen-Einbaus\"><\/span>P\u0159\u00edprava instalace servisn\u00ed klapky<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee zven\u010d\u00ed nen\u00ed vid\u011bt na potrub\u00ed atd., kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1z\u00ed za pl\u00e1novan\u00fdm v\u00fd\u0159ezem, je t\u0159eba vyvrtat odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed ozna\u010dovac\u00ed otvor zevnit\u0159. K tomu je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed dlouh\u00fd (alespo\u0148 200 mm) vrt\u00e1k o pr\u016fm\u011bru 5 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejprve lze z klapek vyjmout dv\u011b n\u00e1doby za umyvadlem. P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b uprost\u0159ed je vid\u011bt \u010dist\u00fd obd\u00e9ln\u00edkov\u00fd v\u00fd\u0159ez v zadn\u00ed d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9 st\u011bn\u011b, kter\u00fdm je vedeno potrub\u00ed pro p\u0159\u00edvod vody a odpad. Ozna\u010dovac\u00ed otvor se vyvrt\u00e1 uprost\u0159ed prav\u00e9ho okraje v\u00fd\u0159ezu ve vzd\u00e1lenosti 2 cm od n\u011bj (dbejte na to, aby vrt\u00e1k byl dr\u017een vodorovn\u011b), dokud vrt\u00e1k nevyjde z vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b. T\u00edm se ozna\u010d\u00ed lev\u00fd konec vodorovn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed stran\u011b p\u0159ed za\u010d\u00e1tkem lev\u00e9ho horn\u00edho kulat\u00e9ho rohu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nyn\u00ed nakreslete pomoc\u00ed d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9 li\u0161ty dlouh\u00e9 asi 50 cm a siln\u00e9ho permanentn\u00edho fixu vodorovnou \u010d\u00e1ru 85 mm od spodn\u00edho okraje v\u00fd\u0159ezu od lev\u00e9 st\u011bny k prav\u00e9 st\u011bn\u011b. Pod\u00e9l t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1ry nakreslete <a href=\"https:\/\/www.makita.de\/akku-multifunktionswerkzeug-dtm52.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Multifunk\u010dn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/a> a 270\u00b0 segmentov\u00fd pilov\u00fd kotou\u010d pro \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed zadn\u00ed desky. Kr\u00e1tce p\u0159ed dosa\u017een\u00edm bo\u010dn\u00ed st\u011bny se \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed segmentov\u00fdm pilov\u00fdm kotou\u010dem zastav\u00ed a nahrad\u00ed se p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm pilov\u00fdm kotou\u010dem. Ten je um\u00edst\u011bn v prav\u00e9m \u00fahlu, aby opatrn\u011b pro\u0159\u00edzl chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti a\u017e k p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 bo\u010dn\u00ed st\u011bn\u011b. Posledn\u00edch 15 mm trv\u00e1 o n\u011bco d\u00e9le, proto\u017ee za deskou je je\u0161t\u011b d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e1 li\u0161ta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Service-Klappen_Einbau_%E2%80%93_Vorbereitungen\"><\/span>Instalace servisn\u00ed klapky - p\u0159\u00edprava<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Servisn\u00ed klapky jsou dod\u00e1v\u00e1ny s \u0159ezac\u00edmi \u0161ablonami. Nejprve se pod\u00e9l \u010d\u00e1ry \"A\" vy\u0159\u00edznou vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rozm\u011bry cel\u00e9 servisn\u00ed klapky. NESLOU\u017d\u00cd se k vy\u0159\u00edznut\u00ed otvoru v bo\u010dn\u00edm panelu, ale pouze ke kontrole mo\u017en\u00e9 polohy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0158\u00e1dek \"C\" p\u0159edstavuje v\u00fd\u0159ez pro instalaci servisn\u00ed klapky, \u0159\u00e1dek \"B\" v\u00fd\u0159ez pro dve\u0159n\u00ed vlo\u017eku, kter\u00fd vych\u00e1z\u00ed z v\u00fd\u0159ezu \"C\".<br>Nejprve vyst\u0159ihn\u011bte pod\u00e9l \u010d\u00e1ry \"C\" a hrany p\u0159eneste na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed st\u011bnu permanentn\u00edm fixem na ur\u010den\u00e9 m\u00edsto ve st\u0159edu ur\u010den\u00e9 plochy \"A\" na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed st\u011bn\u011b. Poznamenejte si polohu ozna\u010dovac\u00edho otvoru jako vod\u00edtko!<br>Postup navr\u017een\u00fd v n\u00e1vodu se dv\u011bma polohovac\u00edmi otvory zde nelze dodr\u017eet, proto\u017ee je nelze p\u0159en\u00e9st a ozna\u010dit na vnit\u0159n\u00ed st\u011bn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Anfertigen_des_Ausschnitts\"><\/span>V\u00fdroba v\u00fd\u0159ezu<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Po op\u011btovn\u00e9 kontrole polohy lze pomoc\u00ed multifunk\u010dn\u00edho n\u00e1stroje a namontovan\u00e9ho segmentov\u00e9ho pilov\u00e9ho kotou\u010de sledovat zna\u010den\u00ed a pro\u0159\u00edznout st\u011bnu.<br>Tlou\u0161\u0165ka st\u011bny je v\u0161ak v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e pou\u017eiteln\u00e1 hloubka segmentov\u00e9ho pilov\u00e9ho kotou\u010de. Z tohoto d\u016fvodu je nutn\u00e9 n\u00e1sledn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edt p\u0159\u00edmo\u010dar\u00fd pilov\u00fd kotou\u010d, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 dos\u00e1hnout a pro\u0159\u00edznout zadn\u00ed hlin\u00edkovou a d\u0159ev\u011bnou vrstvu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pouze(!) rohy se pro\u0159ez\u00e1vaj\u00ed velmi pomalu a opatrn\u011b pomoc\u00ed jemn\u011b ozuben\u00e9ho pilov\u00e9ho listu na kov a skl\u00e1da\u010dky, kter\u00e1 se pono\u0159\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u011b na 55 mm. Dbejte na to, aby patka p\u0159\u00edmo\u010dar\u00e9 pily a vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 byly v neust\u00e1l\u00e9m kontaktu. Patka by m\u011bla b\u00fdt zakryta maskovac\u00ed p\u00e1skou, aby nedo\u0161lo k po\u0161kr\u00e1b\u00e1n\u00ed laku. Dal\u0161\u00ed maskovac\u00ed p\u00e1sku lze tak\u00e9 nalepit na lak pod\u00e9l \u0159ezn\u00fdch hran kv\u016fli ochran\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tlou\u0161\u0165ka st\u011bny vozu Flair 7100 je 50 mm a vrstva koberce na vnit\u0159n\u00ed stran\u011b. Z tohoto d\u016fvodu vrstva koberce zpravidla nen\u00ed skl\u00e1da\u010dkovou pilou zcela dosa\u017eiteln\u00e1 a mus\u00ed se pro\u0159\u00edznout ru\u010dn\u011b dlouh\u00fdm no\u017eem na koberce. Obl\u00e9 rohy lze p\u0159epracovat pomoc\u00ed \u0159ezac\u00edho no\u017ee, proto\u017ee je u\u017e\u0161\u00ed, a proto je schopen sledovat \u00fazk\u00e9 k\u0159ivky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na okraji, p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b v doln\u00ed p\u011btin\u011b prav\u00e9ho svisl\u00e9ho okraje, naraz\u00edte na odpor: topnou trubku. Le\u017e\u00ed v hloubce asi 55 mm od vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b a p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed del\u0161\u00edho pilov\u00e9ho listu by se ur\u010dit\u011b po\u0161kodila!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud je zadn\u00ed koberec zcela pro\u0159\u00edznut\u00fd, m\u011blo by b\u00fdt mo\u017en\u00e9 zatla\u010dit levou stranu dovnit\u0159 nebo (pomoc\u00ed skl\u00e1dac\u00edho pravidla skrz obd\u00e9ln\u00edkov\u00fd v\u00fd\u0159ez v zadn\u00ed d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9 p\u0159ep\u00e1\u017ece) zevnit\u0159 ven. V opa\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se bude muset znovu p\u0159ed\u011blat. Mo\u017en\u00e1 se zde je\u0161t\u011b nach\u00e1z\u00ed plastov\u00fd up\u00ednac\u00ed dr\u017e\u00e1k, kter\u00fd dr\u017e\u00ed jednu ze dvou hadic na \u010derstvou vodu a kter\u00fd je t\u0159eba vy\u0159\u00edznout pilkou na \u017eelezo (p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b tak\u00e9 upev\u0148ovac\u00ed \u0161roub).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na prav\u00e9 stran\u011b je topn\u00e1 trubka upevn\u011bna trubkovou svorkou, proto zde zat\u00edm nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 ustoupit. Mezi vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed st\u011bnou a v\u00fd\u0159ezem proto mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vytvo\u0159en dostate\u010dn\u00fd prostor, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 k\u0159\u00ed\u017eov\u00fd \u0161roub trubkov\u00e9 svorky povolit pomoc\u00ed ramene a mal\u00e9 r\u00e1\u010dny se st\u0159edn\u011b velkou vlo\u017ekou s k\u0159\u00ed\u017eovou dr\u00e1\u017ekou. Nyn\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete posunout i pravou stranu, a t\u00edm v\u00fd\u0159ez zcela odstranit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Entfernen_der_Innenwand\"><\/span>Odstran\u011bn\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed st\u011bny<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160rouby s k\u0159\u00ed\u017eovou hlavou prav\u00e9ho v\u00fdlisku vnit\u0159n\u00edho zadn\u00edho panelu, kter\u00fd byl zevnit\u0159 pro\u0159\u00edznut, jsou nyn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e9 zven\u010d\u00ed. Odstra\u0148uj\u00ed se st\u0159edn\u00edm k\u0159\u00ed\u017eov\u00fdm \u0161roubov\u00e1kem. Po \u010dist\u00e9m pro\u0159\u00edznut\u00ed li\u0161ty lze zadn\u00ed panel vpravo posunout o dostate\u010dn\u00fd kus dovnit\u0159.<br>T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem z\u00edsk\u00e1te p\u0159\u00edstup i k lev\u00fdm \u0161roub\u016fm, kter\u00e9 jsou rovn\u011b\u017e vyjmuty. P\u0159esto\u017ee je nyn\u00ed deska voln\u00e1, je st\u00e1le p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00e1 na to, aby pro\u0161la otvorem vytvo\u0159en\u00fdm na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed stran\u011b.
