T\u00e1to met\u00f3da sa pou\u017e\u00edva v laborat\u00f3ri\u00e1ch, na klinik\u00e1ch, v priemysle, v akv\u00e1ri\u00e1ch aj v dom\u00e1cnostiach. Mikroorganizmy, ako s\u00fa bakt\u00e9rie, v\u00edrusy, kvasinky a plesne, s\u00fa usmrten\u00e9 99,9 % pri vhodnom prietoku za \u010dasov\u00fa jednotku a intenzite o\u017earovania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Studien\"><\/span>\u0160t\u00fadie<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Medzi odborn\u00edkmi na vodu je ob\u010das predmetom pochybn\u00fdch diskusi\u00ed \u010distenie UV-C, pokia\u013e ide o inaktiv\u00e1ciu v\u00edrusov. Argumentuje sa t\u00fdm, \u017ee v\u00edrusy s\u00fa men\u0161ie ako bakt\u00e9rie a UV-C by ich neaktivovalo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Str\u00e1nka <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0043135424012211?via%3Dihub#bib0050\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u0160tudijn\u00e1 situ\u00e1cia<\/a> To v\u0161ak potvrdzuje inaktiv\u00e1ciu aj v\u00edrusov, samozrejme v\u017edy v z\u00e1vislosti od d\u00e1vky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Die_Theorie_%E2%80%A6\"><\/span>Te\u00f3ria ...<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Steriliz\u00e1cia v\u0161ak nie je synonymom <a href=\"https:\/\/csiag.eu\/sk\/reverzna-osmoza\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2131\">Filtrovanie<\/a>. Vz\u0165ahuj\u00fa sa na pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fd prietok vzh\u013eadom na ur\u010den\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 najmenej 90% zab\u00edjaj\u00faceho bakt\u00e9rie a v\u00edrusy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Hodnoty nad 40 mJ\/cm<sup>2<\/sup> vy\u017eaduj\u00fa pou\u017eitie druh\u00e9ho ekvivalentn\u00e9ho stup\u0148a pri prietokoch nad 4 ... 7 l\/min. vy\u017eaduj\u00fa pou\u017eitie druh\u00e9ho ekvivalentn\u00e9ho stup\u0148a, aby sa spo\u013eahlivo zistili tieto patog\u00e9ny, pri\u010dom sa zoh\u013eadn\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e1 fotoreaktiv\u00e1cia fotol\u00fdzami. Tieto enz\u00fdmy m\u00f4\u017eu opravi\u0165 po\u0161kodenie DNA bunky sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 UV-C svetlom. Na \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 potla\u010denie tohto \u00fa\u010dinku je potrebn\u00e9 pou\u017ei\u0165 d\u00e1vky pribli\u017ene 44 mJ\/cm<sup>2<\/sup>alebo 440 J\/m<sup>2<\/sup> potrebn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zn\u00ed\u017eenie prietoku na polovicu m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledok zdvojn\u00e1sobenie d\u00e1vky, \u010do zase zv\u00fd\u0161i dezinfek\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdkon desa\u0165n\u00e1sobne. 90 % dezinfekcia sa potom zv\u00fd\u0161i na 99 %. Trojn\u00e1sobn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161enie d\u00e1vky vedie k steriliz\u00e1cii 99,9 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee vy\u0161\u0161ie uveden\u00e1 fotoreaktiv\u00e1cia pri polovi\u010dnom prietoku je u\u017e zoh\u013eadnen\u00e1 jednou jednotkou.<br>Ak v\u0161ak pl\u00e1nujete sterilizova\u0165 vysoko kontaminovan\u00fa vodu a potrebujete vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed prietok, odpor\u00fa\u010dame v\u00e1m pou\u017ei\u0165 druh\u00fd a pr\u00edpadne tret\u00ed stupe\u0148.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E2%80%A6_und_die_Praxis\"><\/span>... a prax<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tlakov\u00e9 \u010derpadl\u00e1 in\u0161talovan\u00e9 v motorov\u00fdch vozidl\u00e1ch, napr. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.de\/Shurflo-Wasser-Camper-Liter-Armaturen\/dp\/B07DYS5XZJ\/ref=sr_1_1?__mk_de_DE=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&amp;crid=22S8P4PJDEWEW&amp;keywords=shurflo+2095-204-112&amp;qid=1655889462&amp;sprefix=shurflo+2095-204-112%2Caps%2C123&amp;sr=8-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Shurflo<\/a>, dod\u00e1va a\u017e 7 litrov za min\u00fatu. Prietok je 6,7 litra za min\u00fatu. Vzh\u013eadom na mal\u00e9 prierezy potrubia 10 ... 12 mm syst\u00e9m Purway dod\u00e1va maxim\u00e1lne 1,1 l\/min. V\u00fdsledkom je d\u00e1vka 6 666,67 J\/m pri prietoku pribli\u017ene 60 litrov za hodinu.<sup>2<\/sup> a \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 99,999999999999 % (zodpoved\u00e1 log12)!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odpor\u00fa\u010da sa in\u0161talova\u0165 syst\u00e9m s tzv. monitorovacou jednotkou. T\u00e1 upozorn\u00ed na dosiahnutie \u017eivotnosti lampy, aby sa zabezpe\u010dil trvalo vysok\u00fd steriliza\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdkon.<br>Je potrebn\u00e9 poznamena\u0165, \u017ee d\u00e1vkov\u00fd pr\u00edkon lampy sa \u010dasom zni\u017euje. Preto by sa mal celkov\u00fd d\u00e1vkov\u00fd pr\u00edkon primerane nadimenzova\u0165 alebo by sa mal napl\u00e1nova\u0165 r\u00fdchlej\u0161\u00ed interval v\u00fdmeny lampy.<br>Alternat\u00edvne je mo\u017en\u00e9 nain\u0161talova\u0165 po\u010d\u00edtadlo prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch hod\u00edn, ak bol zak\u00fapen\u00fd syst\u00e9m bez monitorovacej jednotky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odpor\u00fa\u010da sa tie\u017e objedna\u0165 n\u00e1hradn\u00fa lampu UV-C. Nie ani tak s oh\u013eadom na o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00fa \u017eivotnos\u0165, ale sk\u00f4r preto, \u017ee pod\u013ea Murphyho z\u00e1konov je ve\u013emi pravdepodobn\u00e9, \u017ee sa pred\u010dasne pokaz\u00ed v najhor\u0161om mo\u017enom \u010dase, \u010faleko od dod\u00e1vate\u013ea pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho n\u00e1hradn\u00e9ho dielu...<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Wahl_des_Einbauortes\"><\/span>V\u00fdber miesta in\u0161tal\u00e1cie<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V sprche alebo v k\u00fape\u013eni nebudete potrebova\u0165 vodu bez bakt\u00e9ri\u00ed. Budete ju v\u0161ak potrebova\u0165 v kuchyni. Potrubie studenej vody tesne pred odbern\u00fdm miestom je preto ide\u00e1lne. Na vstupe sign\u00e1lu je k\u00e1bel pripojen\u00fd paralelne k odch\u00e1dzaj\u00facemu plusov\u00e9mu vodi\u010du tlakov\u00e9ho sp\u00edna\u010da tlakov\u00e9ho \u010derpadla.
